Hydrangea quercifolia pee wee

Hydrangea quercifolia pee wee

Habitat:

Thrives in rich, porous, somewhat moist soils. It prefers full sun in the morning, with some afternoon shade; however, many will grow and bloom in partial shade.

Description:

Compact (90cm) oakleaf hydrangea that flowers for a lengthy period in late spring and summer. The flowers mature to a rosy pink as the summer changes into autumn. About that time, the foliage begins to turn a mixture of bronze, crimson and purple. Cinnamon colored, exfoliating bark remains attractive all winter long.
