Description and Background:
Bred by Robert Griesbach, ‘Leslie Woodriff’ and was named in honor of Mr. Leslie Woodriff, the father of the Oriental Hybrid Lily. Leslie Woodriff’ was bred from Black Beauty and White Henryi. Flowring stems can reach around 1.8 metres and produce a number of flowers that last for 4-5 and sometimes 6 weeks. Some sources refer to this hybrid being a repeat bloomer. This is incorrect.
